AMIN ANSWERS OBAMA'S CALL TO SERVICE

In partnership with the United We Serve: Muslim Americans Answer the Call Campaign... an initiative of the White House Office on Faith Based and Community Partnerships

This summer, the President is calling on all Americans to participate in our nation's recovery and renewal by serving in our communities. United We Serve is an opportunity for every Muslim American to be part of a nationwide movement to bring about positive change. To Muslims, "Answer the Call" means most importantly, to answer God's call to serve humanity - to confirm faith with good works. As the Holy Qur'an teaches us: "Race one another in good works" (The Holy Qur'an 5:48).

Please join the American Muslim Interactive Network (AMIN) as we continue to build on the great work of our dedicated volunteers over the past 2 years in our efforts to put a face to the diversity, generosity and engagement of the Muslim American Community at large. Through service, AMIN continues its mission to support organizations and initiatives that are positively contributing to the DC metropolitan area. We have many diverse service events throughout Ramadan, please do join us to help us strengthen our communities and serve those around us.
